My name is Cooper Justice and I am a sophomore at Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, Oregon where I maintain a 3.79 GPA. Along with core classes, I take Japanese and Choir. I am also a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Key Club, which is a group that does community service projects around the area.

Outside of school, I love playing sports. I am a three-sport athlete that plays football, baseball, and basketball. In football, I am competing for varsity. Last year I was the starting Freshman quarterback and named Team Captain and Offensive Player of the Year. In basketball last season I led my team in rebounds, steals, blocks, and was second in assists and third in points, and was named Hustle Player of the Year. In baseball, I pitched for varsity and went 2-0, pitching a shutout in my first start and was named Rookie of the year. My ERA was .884 over 31.2 innings pitched.

When I’m not busy playing sports I relax by reading, playing a little Madden football, or just hanging out with my friends or watching movies with my family. The last five books I have read are Cyrano De Bergerac, The Book Thief, The Great Gatsby, Catcher in the Rye, and To Kill a Mockingbird. I also enjoy seeing new places. The best place I’ve ever visited was Hawaii. But I love my family’s annual trip to Orcas Island in the Washington San Juan Islands.

My football goal is to play beyond high school. My dream would be to play my way into a program like Washington, Stanford, Duke, TCU or Cal.
